Hi, I am Filipa! Welcome to my blog!
I am a world citizen with a global mindset, with openness to learning and adapting to new cultures. I am also a polyglot (I can speak Portuguese, English and French fluently) and I know the basics of Spanish and Arabic.
Interesting facts about me:
- I was a touristic guide in Lisbon for almost years using the Showaround platform/app
- I lived with students from Spain and Italy
- I hosted international dinners in my house when I was living in Lisbon
About World Citizen Stories
23/06/2022, the day I bought the domain of the blog and that I hosted it on Bluehost. The hardest part of creating the blog was to come up with the name. My previous blog was called My World of Discoveries.
As a travel blogger, I recently did a travel writing workshop organized by the Portuguese Association of travel bloggers in Porto for two days. The workshop was led by Paulo Moura, an awarded journalist and author with many books and articles published.
